Zendaya understands the need for a shock factor to get people’s attention, from walking the red carpet in head-turning outfits to sporting different hairstyles. That being said, she surprised everyone on Tuesday (March 26) with a new blonde ‘do.
Her stylist, Law Roach, posted a video of the 27-year-old flaunting her blonde French bob in a blue button-down shirt, white and blue striped shorts, and white stilettos that highlighted her long legs. In the post, the singer smiled as she did a little walk and a spin for the camera before it ended with her looking slightly shy.
However, the outfit didn’t prevent fans from noticing her new hair color. One commented on the post, saying, “How does she get even prettier by the minute?” Another user said, “The hair is everything.”
The Emmy awardee wowed fans even more with her significant transformation when she appeared with blonde hair at the premiere of her latest movie, Challengers. Australian fans couldn’t have been luckier than seeing it first in person when the actress walked on the red carpet in Sydney.
In a short interview with Elle Australia, the reporter asked if blondes have more fun. “We’re about to find out, honey. We just got started, so I’ll let you know,” Zendaya shared before laughing. At the premiere, she styled her golden blonde hair in a chic updo, accented with curled side bangs that framed her face, and completed the look with a sparkling green dress with a plunging neckline.
In a separate TikTok post, Zendaya expressed her surprise that so many people showed up to welcome her. “I feel amazing. I feel very lucky to be here. This, I think, is the perfect place to kick it off. It feels like the right place for a sexy tennis movie,” she said.
