Actor Owen Wilson recently joined California Naturals as Chief Shampoo Officer. Also an investor and advisor for the brand, he helped launch their new Moisture collection earlier this month, which includes products specifically designed for dry and damanaged hair.

The collection, priced at $10 per item, features shampoos, conditioners, and body washes. The products are exclusively available on Amazon, emphasizing affordability without compromising on luxury. Furthermore, they’re formulated without sulfates and parabens, making sure that the vegan and cruelty-free line aligns with eco-friendly practices.

Wilson expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership via a press release, saying, “I love the simplicity and purity of the product and how easy it is to use.” He added, “Is this Moisture line the can’t-live-without-it holy grail of the shower? I don’t know, but it is my personal favorite.”

The Moisture collection boasts a unique fragrance blend, which Wilson describes as reminiscent of “walking through a freshly cut lawn while eating ripe figs.” The 55-year-old continued, “Imagine yourself walking through a freshly cut lawn while eating ripe figs. Yeah, now you got it. That’s the scent. And I can’t wait for these to hit the shelves!” This launch notably marks the first major product release since Wilson’s involvement with the brand.

California Naturals, headquartered on the West Coast, commits to sustainability — and they do a fantastic job at it. Their products, including the new Moisture line, are made from at least 90% naturally derived ingredients. Meanwhile, the packaging is 100% recycled, further supporting the brand’s eco-conscious mission. Each launch is free from harsh chemicals and safe for both ocean and reef environments.
