North London-based music starlet Zakhar celebrated his 18th birthday with the release of the introspective ballad “Better Things” this past week. Using the Phrxlla-produced instrumental as a melodious exploration of his inner turmoil, it showcases the young musician’s honesty.
“‘Better Things’ is a mixture of my romance, life experiences, and feelings living in inner-city London,” he shared regarding the record. The song’s varied tone and wide range of emotions reflect Zakhar’s resolve to put himself and his ambitions first. Since its release, the introspective track has already amassed a whopping 50K views on YouTube.
