Global activist and musician Xiuhtezcatl unveils his latest single and its accompanying video “Take It All Back.” His goal for the campaign is for his music, video, and public art install to act as a call to action to bring together Indigenous artists, organizers, and allies to elevate the conversation of the LANDBACK Movement beyond Indigenous organizing spaces to the mainstream.
Since its release, “Take It All Back” has nearly garnered a quarter-million YouTube views. Directed by Josué Rivas, Connor Limbocker, and Billy Fortier, it clocks in at three and a half minutes and follows Xiuhtezcatl throughout in black and white. Check out the video below.
