Tate McRae’s debut studio album, i used to think i could fly, is finally here! Fans were previously given a taste of the project through singles like: “chaotic,” “she’s all i wanna be,” “what would you do?” and “feel like shit.”
In addition to the pre-release cuts, new songs and records teased on TikTok like “don’t come back,” “boy x,” “go away,” and “i will say goodnight” are just a few of the stunning records that appear on the project. Production comes from Alexander 23, Blake Slatkin, Charlie Puth, Dave Cook, FINNEAS, and more, whilst Charlie Handsome, Kyle Stemberger, Louis Bell, Nelly, and Billy Walsh are among some of the names listed as writers.
In support of the project, Tate McRae will embark on a number of tour stops over the course of the coming months. Starting on June 1st, she’ll perform in Las Vegas with stops in other markets like San Diego, London, Manchester, Sydney, Houston, Miami, Atlanta, and a handful of cities. The tour run will come to a close on October 26th at the Prudential Center in Newark—purchase tickets here.
