Stunna Gambino Releases New Video “Evil”

Washington Heights rapper Stunna Gambino releases his latest single and video “Evil.” The Maaui Yahweh-produced track finds him channeling his melodic flows over puncturing hi-hats and bass.

“Virgil Abloh hoodie, I be drippin’ like a mannequin / Slide on all my opps and shoot a movie like a cameraman,” he raps. The nearly three-minute cut, directed by frequent collaborator JMO Productions, finds the 19-year-old going bar for bar about taking losses, leaving people in the past, and warning his detractors. The visual ends with the announcement that Stunna’s eagerly-awaited album is finally done.

“Evil” arrives weeks removed from Stunna’s “Man Down” visual effort, which has since then amassed two million views to date. Prior to that, he joined forces with fellow musician Lil Perco for “Drakos,” which now has over 1.2 million YouTube views. Now, with his first official release of the new year, Stunna Gambino continues his rapid ascension to the top of New York’s music landscape. Watch the video below.
