Latto, the rapper formally known as Mulatto, releases her eagerly-awaited sophomore album 777. The 14-track project contains features from Lil Durk, 21 Savage, Lil Wayne, Childish Gambino, and Kodak Black. Meanwhile, the remix of her 2021 hit record “Big Energy” is reportedly slated to feature an outstanding guest appearance from Mariah Carey, whom the rapper previously cited as an inspiration and one of her favorite musical icons.

777, a play on her name, arrives as a follow-up to the Atlanta hitmaker’s 2020 debut album Queen of Da Souf under RCA Records. Among many new tracks and first-time collaborations, previously released songs like “Wheelie,” “Big Energy,” and “Soufside.” Meanwhile, Nardo Wick appears on her surefire banger “Stepper” and Lil Durk drops a verse on “Like A Thug.” Although, the solo tracks are really where this album shines at, with songs like “Trust No Bitch” and the titular track, which is split into two parts. Production comes from the likes of Hollywood Cole, London Jae, Bankroll Got It, Pharrell, and a plethora of more.

Alongside the new album, Latto is currently on tour with Saucy Santana, Kali, and Asianae. It kicked off in Santa Cruz on March 19th with stops in Los Angeles, Denver, Austin, Nashville, Chicago, Detroit, Charlotte, and many more before coming to a close in her hometown Atlanta on April 23rd.
