Flo Milli

Florida rapper $NOT just shared a new song and video called “Mean,” and it features Alabama rapper Flo Milli. Directed by Cole Bennett, the visual finds the pair displaying undeniable chemistry over the Woodpecker-produced beat.

“Mean” is the second single off of $NOT’s upcoming album Beautiful Havoc, slated to arrive on October 30 via 300 Ent. Alongside the video, $NOT shared the Beautiful Havoc album artwork. Moreover, Flo Milli propelled into viral triumph back in August upon the release of her RCA project Ho, why is you here?.

Picking up where the “Revenge” video left off, “Mean” switches from yellow to red as $NOT transforms from high school loner to ice-cold rapper. He flees the police-ridden scene to help Flo take on a bully of her own. Notably, this song mars the first time that Cole Bennet has done back to back visuals for the same artist.

The two swap sharp verses over a hollow, flute-tinged beat that gives you the feel of an old school outlaw’s duel – and the two strut into the nighttime with such bravado that I’m literally shaking in my boots with excitement. $NOT drops stone-cold rhymes like, “Yeah I like a mean bitch, not in the scene bitch / Type of bitch I don’t know about, shit”, while Flo Milli gives one of our favorite disses of the year, “Look how you hatin’ on a b*tch and you my momma age.”
