Rylo Rodriguez Puts Up “Basketball Numbers” In New Video

Mobile rap phenomenon Rylo Rodriguez shares his latest single and its accompanying visual effort “Basketball Numbers.” The record boasts acoustic guitar riffs that complement his pain-driven melodies and intricate rhymes.

As the song title hints, “Basketball Numbers” opens with Rylo shooting hoops in an open gym in a vintage Allen Iverson jersey whilst later in the visuals he can be seen wearing the same orange jumpsuit as his incarcerated associate—putting himself in the shoes of his subjects as he speaks on their experiences. Released over the weekend, the video already racked up over 650k views and reached YouTube’s Top 20 Trending for music, where it currently sits at #11. The track follows a slew of releases from Rylo that came out earlier this year, including “Benz Truck” and “Set Me Free.”

Back in 2020, Rylo Rodriguez released his highly-acclaimed project G.I.H.F. (Goat In Human Form) featuring the likes of Lil Baby, Moneybagg Yo, 42 Dugg, and Yo Gotti. Among several standout cuts, “We Could Never Die” and “Walk” rose into popularity after release. The rapper is currently working on his next full-length project, reportedly titled Been One, as hinted at via his Instagram.
