Today, alt-pop artist renforshort unveils her latest musical offering “made for you,” a deceptively sweet bop driven by bright handclaps and effervescent melodies. Produced by Afterhrs and John Ryan, the song is accompanied by a three-minute visualizer.

“‘made for you’ is about changing your entire personality to fit another person’s standards, which is something a lot of women have to struggle with in a society where we’re expected to look and act a particular way,” ren shares.

“made for you” is renforshort’s first release since January’s “moshpit,” the first new piece of music from ren since her critically acclaimed EP off saint dominique which was released in 2021. Now, preparing for another phenomenal year, the singer is set to hit the road this Spring with multiple Canadian dates joining Tai Verdes on his North American tour and festival appears as well.
