Over the weekend, he shared his latest project, Rich Off The Pack, a 9-track offering featuring names such as EST Gee, Babyface Ray, Aitch, and ALLBLACK, as well as production from the likes of Kenny Beats and DTB.

Detail-oriented and methodical, Jim provides a master class of money-getting in his laid-back bangers, his blasé demeanor giving the impression that he’s slowly revealing the keys to surviving and thriving in the streets.
