Nike Dunk High Reverse Goldenrod yellow black red

Last year saw a noteworthy introduction of the Nike Dunk Low “Championship Goldenrod,” commonly known as the Dunk Low “Iowa” due to its color scheme similarities to that of the Hawkeye State. With the release of the Nike Dunk High “Reverse Goldenrod,” the footwear brand has seemingly been prompted to come up with creative new methods to reinterpret colorways given the steady stream of releases this past year.

Despite their obvious resemblance to the aforementioned original, this pair is not a true inversion because the midsoles retain their classic white appeal and the tongue tags are still black and red. However, the majority of the blocking features black in the spots where yellow used to be, and the hue in the spots where black was. The design is finished with a white midsole with red accents on the tongue branding and insoles, as well as black overlays, Swooshes, inner lining, and rubber outsole.

The Nike Dunk High “Reverse Goldenrod” is scheduled to drop in the fall of 2022 for $120 USD via the Nike website per usual.
