It looks like Saweetie isn’t the only rapper sweeping up food-related partnerships. Megan Thee Stallion just announced that she’s teaming up with Popeyes for her very own signature sauce.
Made from honey, cider vinegar, and Aleppo paper, the “Hotties” sauce will be sold on Popeyes’ famed chicken sandwich, which swept people under the rug last year following their viral tweet. Ahead of the collaboration, Megan posted a five-minute mukbang via her YouTube trying out the sauce and different combos.
In addition to her signature sauce, Meg announced that she is now the newest Popeyes franchisee and will be opening a number of Popeyes locations in the future. “Teaming up with Popeyes is such a milestone in my journey and evolution as an entrepreneur, she unveiled. This partnership is one of Popeyes’ latest collaborative efforts with a musician, likely the first since their Migos-themed menu back in 2019.
The signature Popeyes x Megan Thee Stallion “Hotties” sauce will be available nationwide starting October 19 and likely run through the end of the year.
