Multi-platinum rapper and global superstar Russ unveils his new EP aptly titled If Not Now, When? with four new tracks before he hits the road this Friday. As usual, all the records are written, produced, and recorded by him with no features on the project.
If Not Now, When? arrives after a string of singles Russ unloaded earlier this year, including hits like “Handsomer,” “Real,” “What Are Y’all,” and “Remember” amongst others. Last year, he dropped CHOMP 2, arguably one of the best projects of 2021 with wide acclaim from the music industry and fans alike. The 14-song offering boasts features from Big Sean, Mozzy, Benny the Butcher, Joey Bada$$, and Wale to name a few.
The DIY pioneer is currently preparing to embark on his “The Journey Is Everything” tour this Friday, starting in Seattle on April 29th. With supporting acts BIA, Bugus, and KTYLN—who appeared on the “Handsomer” remix—the rapper will be making stops in 65 cities, 28 countries, and 6 continues. Notable cities and stops include Los Angeles, New York, Charlotte, Atlanta, Miami, Paris, London, and Sydney amongst countless others. The tour will come to a close on January 21st in Johannesburg with more dates to be added in New Mexico, North Africa, and the Middle East.
