Listen To NBA YoungBoy’s New Mixtape ‘Colors’

NBA YoungBoy returns today with his seventeenth mixtape, Colors, a project that was originally slated to drop on January 14. The brand-new 20-track LP marks the Baton Rouge rapper’s first solo full-length since his September 2021 album, Sincerely, Kentrell, which went No. 1 on Apple Music while he was incarcerated.

Colors boasts a lone feature from frequent collaborator Quando Rondo, who has worked with the rapper on several occasions. Pre-release singles such as “Emo Love,” “Fish Scale,” and “Bring The Hook”—which finds YB sending shots at O’ Block—appear on the album. Elsewhere, his Internet Money-assisted track “Flossin” is also included on the full-length release as a bonus track.

Production is handled by the likes of TnTXD, 12Hunna, DY Krazy, Taz Taylor, and several others. Prior to the release of Colors, NBA YoungBoy sent shots at Lil Durk and NLE Choppa on “Know Like I Know,” which undoubtedly climbed the charts as #1 on YouTube Music and signals that the rapper is taking no disrespect this year.
