Coming off the heels of the Euphoria season 2 finale, Dominic Fike unveils “Elliot’s Song,” first heard in episode eight Fike’s character Elliot pulls out a guitar and serenades Zendaya’s Rue after the pair make amends. While the scene was emotional for many, Twitter users found that the length of it was just a bit too much for all of the mysteries left unanswered in the finale.
“Elliot’s Song” was written by Zendaya and the show’s score composer, Labrinth, who previously released releases singles like “Yeh I Fuckin’ Dit It” and “I’m Tired” which appear on the official soundtrack.
Created, written, and directed by Sam Levinson, starring Zendaya the ensemble cast of Euphoria includes Zendaya, Hunter Schafer, Nika King, Angus Cloud, Jacob Elordi, Algee Smith, Sydney Sweeney, Alexa Demie, Barbie Ferreira, Maude Apatow, Javon Walton, Storm Reid, and Austin Abrams. According to the Internet, season three of the hit series is slated to return in 2024, giving fans an update on what happened to Fez and Cal, while also updating us on Maddy and Cassie’s friendship status.
