The Jordan Nu Retro 1 Low, which debuted in 2002, is set to make a comeback in 2022 for the model’s 20th anniversary. The original “Chicago” hue of the Jordan shoe has resurfaced, joining the “Jayson Tatum” makeover seen earlier this month.
These kicks include red, white, and black accents, as the color scheme suggests. A departure from traditional profile swooshes, in favor of a mangled “Wings” emblem on the outer side, breathed new life into Jordan Brand’s offerings in the early 2000s. The updated sole unit under the foot maintains the same color scheme as the upper part but has an opacity gradient at the ball of the foot.
In the coming months, look for Nike and other stores to sell the Jordan Nu Retro 1 Low “Chicago” for $110 USD. Check out the official images of the sneaker below.
