Gia Woods Returns With New Song “Hello”

Persian pop artist Gia Woods releases her new single “Hello,” which takes fans through the chaotic feelings immediately after a breakup. The record arrives ahead of the singer’s forthcoming EP Heartbreak County, Vol. 2, the second installment of Woods’ fan-favorite project released last year.

“’Hello’ captures the initial feelings I felt at the beginning of my breakup, a mixture of sad and angry,” Gia shares in regard to the song. “One moment you think you’re on top of the world and the next moment you get knocked off and humbled very quickly.”

Produced by Zaire Koalo, “Hello” captures the rollercoaster of emotions of heartbreak and anger which turn from defiance to self-introspection as the singer reflects on the relationship. Meanwhile, Gia Woods’ Heartbreak County, Vol. 2 is assisted by the likes of The Orphanage (Kehlani, Bebe Rexha, Carly Rae Jepsen), Gold Glove (Pussy Riot), and Bham, and includes her forthcoming Pride month single “Lesbionic.”
