Rolling Loud California brought out tons of talent this weekend including Kodak Black, J. Cole, Kalan.FrFr, Flo Milli, and several others. On Day 3, during Future’s set, he brought out close collaborator Kanye West to close out the night.

Ye shocked fans, strutting out on stage to “Can’t Tell Me Nothing,” then performing “Praise God” off his recent album Donda, “Father Stretch My Hand Pt. 1” and staying on stage through the rest of Future’s set. The pair also performed “Way 2 Sexy” and “F*ck Up Some Commas,” where Ye freestyled the final verse.

The simplest way I can put it is that it felt like a genuine celebration on stage. Future and Kanye were truly just having fun up there. They were going back to DJ Esco between each song to decide what they’ll do next, ready to take the crowd to the next level – as though they hadn’t already reached level 100. By the end of the set, both Kanye and Future’s crews and Rolling Loud Co-Founders, Tariq Cherif and Matt Zingler were vibing out at the back of the stage.

It’s safe to say that Rolling Loud ’21 proved to be a massive success as they look forward to another amazing run next year.
