Today, Enchanting continues to explore her R&B-tinged sound with the release of “What I Want” featuring Jacquees. Directed by Brittany Bowman Harris, the visuals see the two artists come together for an irresistible track that pays homage to the genre.

“1 AM, we was at the bar, I told ’em that I’m tryna look at the stars / Just like that, I’m back seat of his car, you should what happens when it’s / 4 AM and I’m hooked like drugs, the way you put it down you would think I’m love,” Enchanting sings on the song’s chorus. Her vocal prowess graces the 90s R&B reminiscent instrumental while Jacquees harmoniously complements her hook on the latter of the song. He croons, “I’m good with my hands, I’ll caress your thighs / Looking at you, baby, got me hypnotized.”

With “What I Want,” the 1017 Global Music artist resumes her journey to viral triumph with each new release. Earlier this month, she joined forces with frequent collaborator Gucci Mane for their surefire cut “Large Amounts,” accompanied by a music video that quickly garnered attention from fans alike. Meanwhile, records like “Take It Back” and the Kali-assisted “Track & Field” continue to climb the charts, having gained millions of global streams across streaming platforms.

Meanwhile, Jacquees is coming off the heels of his recently released single “Say Yea.” Since it debuted in May, the visuals have accumulated over 1.2 million views on YouTube. The singer has been on quite the feature run this past year, appearing on CyHi’s “Tears” and AB’s “PTSD” back in April, as well as 2 Chainz’s “If You Want Me” from his Dope Don’t Sell Itself (Deluxe). Currently, he is preparing for his upcoming full-length project, due to release later this year.

With more music slated to drop later this year, Enchanting is undoubtedly an exciting artist to keep on your radar. Watch the music video for “What I Want” below.
