In promotion of their forthcoming album, Atlanta rap duo EARTHGANG returns with their latest single “All Eyes On Me.” Produced by jetsonmade and The Breed, the song is an introspective record that calls on deep reflection from the pair.
“All Eyes On Me” comes with any accompanying music video directed by Simon Chasalow and Hannah Hussain. The clip finds the Johnny Venus and Doctur Dot in all-white as they reflect on life and how the system has affected not only them but their peers. “FN in the glovebox, you know I’m concealin’ it / Racism still alive, now we just revalin’ it,” Venus raps. Elsewhere, Dot reflects on his father’s passing “Mama I ain’t made it ’til you quit your nine-to-five / I was on the road when I found out my uncle died.”
EARTHGANG’s new album, Ghetto Gods, is slated to drop on January 28 and will be their first full-length release since 2019’s Mirrorland. “All Eyes On Me” arrives a month removed from their December single “American Horror Story.” Prior to that, EARTHGANG called on Coi Leray and Wale for their “Options” remix as well as freestyling over “Window Seat” on “Erykah” back in August.
Elsewhere in music, FKA twigs drops her eagerly-awaited mixtape CAPRISONGS today.
