Chlöe For the Night

Chlöe Recruits Latto For HEr New Song and Video “For the Night”

In her latest offering, “For the Night,” multi-talented artist Chlöe collaborates with rising star and fellow Atlanta rapper and superstar, Latto.

The video, which the musician co-directed, is a look inside her daily existence. In the video, we see Chlöe perform at the iHeart Radio event following a tense FaceTime conversation with her hidden lover Druski. The four-minute track is packed with choreography and as expected, the musician flaunts her honey-hued vocals and awe-inspiring performance skills.

I like how you rough around the edges (Uh-huh) / Laying on your chest in my bed now / Loving all the days we together (Uh-huh),” the singer-songwriter opens up on the first verse. Later, Latto laces the track with her signature sound, rapping, “That don’t mean you good, they only love you at your best (On God) / You know where to come and crash when your life a wreck (Come here) / Walked in stressed, left with hickeys on your neck (Mwah).”

MTV Live, MTVU, MTV Biggest Pop, and the Paramount Times Square billboards all aired the world premiere of “For The Night.” It comes after Chlöe and Scott Storch’s “Surprise,” which they produced and co-wrote. The record was first performed at the 2022 BET Awards and has since racked up millions of views on YouTube and plays across DSPs since its release. Prior to that, she put out songs like “Treat Me,” which took the Internet by storm as have her previous cuts.
