The Air Jordan 1 Hi 85 “Georgetown” has been teased for the past several years, notably making an appearance during NBA All-Star Weekend 2020. With only three colorways being released in the silhouette, “Georgetown” marks the fourth iteration of the shoe which pays homage to the Georgetown Hoyas.
The “College Navy” hue dresses up the smooth leather overlays, Swooshes ankle flaps and Nike Air logos on the tongues, and the ball-and-wings markings. Complementing the sneaker, heightened collars and quarter panels are covered in “Summit White,” and further contrasts are found atop the pre-yellowed tongues and creamy shoelaces to give the shoe a vintage effect. Crisp white midsoles and navy treading strings together its collegiate design.
Priced at $200 USD, the Air Jordan 1 Hi 85 “Georgetown” is slated to drop in April via Nike’s SNKRS app and select retailers.
