This week, R&B phenomenon Blxst returns with his music video for “Couldn’t Wait For It” featuring former collaborator Rick Ross from his latest project, Before You Go. Directed by madebyJAMES, the visuals see the LA native head to Atlanta to meet up with Ross for a business proposition.

Before You Go released back in April with features from Arin Ray, Zacari, and Grandmaster Vic. The 13-song project boasts music visuals for standout cuts such as “Every Good Girl,” “Never Was Wrong,” and “Be Forreal” while other songs continue to establish the album’s narrative. More recently, the musician collaborated with Chris Brown from his new album Breezy on their joint effort titled “Show It.”

Blxst will kick off his international headlining tour on July 13th in San Diego, with Audrey Nuna and Buddy joining as openers on select dates of the US leg. The trio will make stops in Chicago, Cleveland, Montreal, New York, Charlotte, Nashville, Atlanta, and come to a close in Los Angeles on August 31st. From there, the singer will hit Australia and New Zealand for a few dates before beginning the European leg of his tour, which includes dates in Copenhagen, London, and Paris among others—purchase tickets here.
