Air Jordan 4 Pure Money
The Air Jordan 4 Retro “Pure Money” 2017 was released in May 2017 and is characterized by a white leather upper and rubber sole. This colorway debuted in 2006, and this retro iteration adds chrome eyelets, a chrome Jumpman on the heel, and the wording “Pure$” on the inside of the heel tabs. This crisp white sneaker is a versatile addition to any rotation, pairing well with everything from jeans to cargos.
OVO x Air Jordan 12 White
With a white leather upper, textured faux stingray skin overlays, gold hardware, and OVO branding on the transparent outsole, the OVO x Air Jordan 12 Retro “White” is a magnificent addition to any sneaker collection. This exclusive drop was distributed in October 2016 via NIKE SNKRS draws and in-store raffles at OVO’s Toronto and Los Angeles flagships. Much like the Jordan 8, the sneaker was accompanied by a black iteration months later.
Air Jordan 3 Triple White
Featuring an all-white leather upper and a tonal elephant pattern on the toe and heel, Tinker Hatfield’s Air Jordan 3 appears in its most basic version. The triple-white differs somewhat from 2007’s ‘Pure Money’ version by omitting silver accents on the eyelets and the titular pure money stitching on the tongue and by incorporating a transparent blue outsole.
Air Jordan 7 Pure Money
The “Pure Money” concept continues on the Air Jordan 7 model, which has a mostly white upper with a subtle grey underlay. Metallic silver insignias hit the tongue and the lateral sides, and the shoe’s namesake Jumpman logo is embroidered.
OVO x Air Jordan 8 White
In celebration of the NBA All-Star weekend, Jordan Brand collaborated with Drake’s OVO label out of Toronto to design a special sneaker. The upper of the OVO x Air Jordan 8 Retro “White” is constructed of tumbled leather with red detailing on the Jumpman emblem at the tongue and metallic gold detailing on the toe box, heel pull tabs, and paintbrush-stroke pattern at the midfoot. In addition to the owls and OVO logo, the high top has a strap over the ankle and a white rubber midsole.
Air Jordan 1 High Laser
The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG ‘Laser’ debuted in 2015 as a part of the ‘Laser Pack,’ which also included a women’s silhouette. The shoe has a white upper, off-white trim, a blue transparent outsole, and a silver 3M swoosh. In honor of the 30th anniversary of Nike, the shoe boasts a “30” on the insole in addition to the classic Nike Air emblem on the tongue.
Air Jordan 4 Blank Canvas
In some ways, the Air Jordan 4 “Blank Canvas” design is reminiscent of the women’s-only Off-White x Air Jordan 4 that debuted in 2020. The complete sail color scheme and canvas upper are evocative of Virgil Abloh’s interpretation with this release making various changes. The eyelets, Jumpman emblems, and internal lining all use a creamy white color to provide a subtle contrast. Where it really starts to have some fun is at the soles, where splashes of bright red, blue, and yellow paint have been artistically added to the treads to provide a dash of color and whimsy.
Air Jordan 36 Pure Money
A pair of the highly sought-after Air Jordan 36 Low in a pristine “White Iridescent” colorway was released this year by Jordan Brand.
In this iteration, the traditional low-top design is rendered in white leather with silver accents and iridescent accents. Jacquard Leno-Weave top for added durability, tied together with a TPU ribbon; simple color scheme. The shoe’s full-length Zoom Air Strobel unit is stitched into the upper, and a Zoom Air unit is stacked under the forefoot for added comfort. The shoe not only improves the wearer’s comfort but also their responsiveness by allowing them a greater feel for the ground.
