Until recently, ladies had a tough time snagging a pair of pink Jordans. Gradually, though, we have seen a reversal of this pattern. Jordan Brand has started making highly sought-after colors created for and developed for women by enlisting the help of partners like Aleali May and Olivia Kim, among several others.
These days, especially in the realm of fashion, there is no longer an overt association between the wearing of a certain color and a specific gender, which contributes greatly to pink’s widespread appeal. In terms of footwear, the fact that both men and women are allowed to go pink means that you have twice as many alternatives to choose from. However, most of the rosy-hued colorways that have debuted over the past few years have largely been women’s-exclusive releases.
Here, we’ve compiled, silhouette-by-silhouette, the best sneakers that are making the most of the pink wave for spring.
Air Jordan 1 Mid Digital Pink
The Air Jordan 1 Mid “Digital Pink,” as the name implies, is mostly done in shades of pink. The hue covers most of the upper, while the toe box and heel include darker overlays. On a light pink background, the white Swoosh is almost undetectable.
The women-only pair, inspired by the season, has a variety of materials in the feminine shade, from the suede toe box and smooth leather overlays to the satin ankle collar and basketball-textured leather overlays. The pattern is completed with a sail midsole and a pink rubber outsole.

Air Jordan 14 Retro Low Shocking Pink
The slick silhouette gets an energizing update on the Air Jordan 14 Retro Low “Shocking Pink.” The scruffy suede top is painted a striking shade of fuchsia, and a black Jumpman insignia is added to the lateral side. The 14’s distinctive toothy design is highlighted in a blazing red color, with matching black hits on the collar, tongue, and Phylon midsole.
In the forefoot and heel, encapsulated Zoom Air units offer responsive cushioning, and a carbon fiber shank plate improves midfoot stability. Underfoot, a transparent pink rubber outsole features a herringbone traction pattern for excellent grip.

Aleali May x Air Jordan 6 Retro Millennial Pink
The Air Jordan 6 is widely regarded as Michael Jordan’s greatest silhouette to date, thus for her third collaboration with the brand, Aleali May has updated the model in a chic color scheme. It was during May’s time working at RSVP Gallery in Chicago that her affection for the Air Joran 6 was solidified.
The shoe is also monochrome, clothed in “Millenial Pink,” a hue she came upon while adventuring in the worlds of fashion and the catwalk. The model’s heel, midsole, and other branding sections are all done in a vibrant red, while the upper is made of nubuck leather.

Union LA x Air Jordan 4 Retro Guava Ice
The Union LA x Air Jordan 4 Retro “Guava Ice” is a vivid twist on the iconic style and the follow-up to 2018’s Air Jordan 1 collaboration between the same design partners. The collar and toe box are made of breathable mesh, while the upper is constructed from supple pink suede.
Based on an early drawing by Tinker Hatfield, the wings of this design are made of semi-translucent thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and offer structural support. The shoes also boast a yellow Union tab on the shoe’s lateral quarter panel, Nike Air on the heel, and an Air Jordan tag is sewn onto the top of the tongue.

Air Jordan 1 Low Light Madder Root
Several exciting new colors of the Air Jordan 1 Low were released at the end of 2021. The standout offering has to be the “Light Madder Root” colorway with a dark teal sheen.
Like many iterations of the distant relative Nike Dunk Low, this low-top shoe has a subdued foundation that puts the focus on the overlays and other features. The toe, tongue, and heel are all crafted from a coral-inspired smooth leather, while the profile swooshes and other markings are rendered in a deep green. The hues work together to provide an early spring offering that will be popular.

Air Jordan 11 Retro Low Pink Snakeskin
Jordan Brand unveiled a “Pink Snakeskin” color scheme of the Air Jordan XI Retro Low as part of their 2019 collection. The women-only shoe takes design cues from the footwear label’s snake print trend, with a mostly white top highlighted by strips of a reptile pattern in pastel and bright pink.
The inside lining of the basketball shoes is likewise dipped in neon pink to match the fashionable design on the uppers. Within the traditional form is a full-length cushioning unit, providing users with cushy support and comfort throughout the day. The tag in the center of the tongue and the heel counter both have little embroidered Jumpman emblems.
The sneaker’s low top rests on a sturdy sole unit, and the design is finished off with a simple, white lacing system that brings us back in time.

Air Jordan 3 Retro Rust Pink
The Air Jordan 3 “Rust Pink” is only one of a multitude of women-exclusive pink sneakers from Jordan Brand.
Nubuck textures wrapped in the titular “Rust Pink” have been added to the base layers, which normally reveal a tumbled leather and the heel counters. In addition to appearing in the iconic elephant print overlays on the toes and heels of the model, this color is also included in the design as a thread color for the more conventional grey design. To give up some contrasting brightness, the sock liners, tongues, laces, and midsoles are all featured in the same “Sail” color.
Similar to the shoe company’s Aleali May collaboration, this pair is energized by touches of neon orange in strategic points, such as the eyelets, the Jumpman logos on the tongues and insoles, and the heel counter. Another Jumpman insignia appears on the heels, this one subtly toned to match its setting rather than standing out. This Air Jordan 3 is completed with milky white treading at its base.

Air Jordan 1 Low SE Mighty Swooshers
The Air Jordan 1 Low SE “Mighty Swooshers,” which takes design cues from anime, has a muted color scheme and eye-catching graphics. The leather top is painted in various pastel pink tones, and it has white quarter panels and a matching forefoot overlay.
Meanwhile, the eyestay and Nike’s famous Swoosh have a shiny coating, while the shoe’s tongue and heel are adorned with the Jumpman and Wings logos, respectively. The soles of these sneakers are made of a cool transparent rubber, revealing evocative artwork in the manner of Japanese anime.

Air Jordan 5 Retro Low Girls That Hoop
A trio of women-specific models, including the Air Jordan 5 Low “Girls That Hoop,” was unveiled in late December as part of Jordan Brand’s Spring 2022 collection.
The low top is crafted from nubuck that has been dyed a pastel pink. The lining and netted side panels are a lighter pink. The tongue’s Jumpman logo, toggles, Air Unit, and midsole are all a bright, contrasting hot pink. The black accents on the midsole and the logo on the back round off the design.
