Since its 2002 debut, the Nike Dunk Low silhouette has been a mainstay in the sneaker industry. The shoe’s silhouette was first introduced in 1985 as a basketball shoe, and the model has seen renewed public interest since 2017, owing in large part to endorsements from Travis Scott and the late Virgil Abloh.
Up next are the top orange Dunk Lows, which have quickly become a fan favorite among sneakerheads. If you consider yourself a Dunk Low connoisseur, the following colors are an absolute must.
Dunk Low Syracuse
In honor of the shoe’s 35th year in circulation, Nike released the Dunk Low Retro SP “Syracuse,” an iconic colorway that calls back to the brand’s “Be True to Your School” collection in 1985. Originally worn by the Syracuse Orange basketball team, the two-tone high-top Dunk has been reimagined as a comfortable and adaptable low-top. The breathable mesh tongue has woven Nike branding and the all-leather upper is a combination of a white base with orange overlays.

Dunk Low Peach Cream
This women’s Nike Dunk Low colorway takes a classic two-tone approach to the upper, including a white leather base and the titular “Peach Cream” accents on the overlays, Swooshes, laces, inner lining, and rubber outsoles. This pair of Nike Dunk Lows are finished with embroidered Nike logo on the heels and white rubber soles.

Dunk Low Orange Paisley
This bright orange version of the Nike Dunk is a welcome addition to the lineup, as it calls to mind the wildly famous Syracuse hue that rose to the mainstream years prior.
The upper of these Dunk Low “Orange Paisley” is constructed from pristine white leather with an orange leather overlay, while the Swoosh and heel tab are covered in a paisley design reminiscent of bandanas. However, instead of the vintage-style color-matched cotton laces seen on the Dunk Low Retros, these sneakers have thicker white laces. The cushioned tongue and low-cut collar work together to keep your feet cool and dry.

Dunk Low Magma Orange
In 20202, a new colorway of the Nike Dunk Low debuted in magma orange and pearl white with a spray fade effect on the insole. The white underlay gradually transitions from orange to white, while the magma orange leather overlay, lining, and outsole are all solid in color. The brand’s tongue emblem, which has the same gradient, and the traditional laces round off the design.

Dunk Low x Florida A&M University Rattlers
FAMU alumna Caitlyn Davis, a participant in Nike’s Yardrunners program dedicated to historically black colleges and universities, developed the FAMU x Nike Dunk Low “Rattlers.” White leather serves as the base color, while orange accents and a green Nike Swoosh serve as the shoe’s identifying features.
On the medial forefoot, the letters “COLAC,” short for “College of Love and Charity,” are stitched, and across the heel, the words ‘We Bragg Different’ are written. The year of the university’s foundation is embroidered on the heel tab, and there are “FAMU” lace dubrae and rattlesnake tongue tags as well. If you want to rep your college colors, this is a great shoe to do so and luckily Nike has teamed up with various other universities so you’re not just stuck with one!

Dunk Low Burnt Sunrise
This Dunk aims to depict the peaceful, relaxed atmosphere of summer evenings in combination with the vivacious, lively days. The Nike Dunk Low “Sun Club Burnt Sunrise” is another exclusive colorway for women. The colorful embroidered Sun Club embellishments are brought together in this burnt orange and sail color scheme that also incorporates motifs from the Move to Zero campaign.
Tumbled leather in a burnt orange hue serves as the base for this colorway’s vibe; the toebox, quarter panels, and ankle collar are crafted from a sail-like woven material for some extra textural variety. The laces match the orange of the top and have a woven tongue with Nike “Sun Club” logo. Natural bamboo dubrée gives a touch of earthiness to these Nike sneakers, which also include a Nike Grind rubber outsole and a “Move to Zero” insignia on the electric volt insole.
The shoe has further Nike Sun Club references thanks to the palm tree and sun logos that are embroidered on the lateral side of the heel. The back of the tongue tab is decorated with embroidered palm trees and a hammock with a proud “Designed in Beaverton, OR” inscription beneath.

Dunk Low Orange Bear
Midway through the year 2020, Grateful Dead and Nike released the SB Dunk Low “Orange Bear” to follow the yellow and green iterations.
The orange and green hue, which has been rumored for quite some time, uses a familiar two-tone upper. The midfoot Swoosh is framed in a green jagged design, while the shoe’s foundation is a combination of orange suede and fluffy fleece. Co-branded tongue tags, “NIKE” heel embroidery, and printed insoles that carry over the two-tone pattern are just some of the ways that branding appears on these highly sought-after kicks.
The SB Dunk Lows include a secret zippered compartment in the tongue, as has already been seen on its forerunners. A complementing orange midsole and a green rubber outsole complete the shoe’s design. This sneaker has been going for as much as $8,000 on reseller apps so it’s certainly among one of the more hype drops.

Dunk Low Halloween 2022
The 2022 Nike Dunk Low “Halloween” celebrates the spooky season with a white and orange leather top and a black sole. The shoe’s trademark Swoosh, woven tongue tag, and Nike wordmark stitched on the heel tab all come in a contrasting black. In addition to the ventilation improvements afforded by the perforations on the toe box and the cushioned low-cut collar, the shoes are also quite pleasant to wear. Rubber cupsoles are a throwback to the sneaker’s heyday on the floor in the 1980s.

Dunk Low Pro SB Dann Supa
Serving as the second sneaker in the Colours By series, the Dunk Low Pro SB “Danny Supa” dropped in March 2002 and marked the formal beginning of the Nike SB line. The New York Mets, the baseball club of Danny Supasirirat’s birthplace, served as inspiration for this timeless design, which combines a white leather base with orange overlays and bursts of blue on the Swoosh, laces, heel tab, and outsole.
If the first Dunk SB paid tribute to LA, the sequel was the ideal way to spark competition between the two cities. To capture the spirit of New York City’s bustle, tradition, and recognizable flair, Supasirirat crafted the all-leather Dunk in the colors white, orange, and blue.

Dunk Low Winter Solstice
The unusual design of the Dunk Low “Winter Solstice” is an homage to the low-hanging sun that is characteristic of the winter season. The top is embroidered with radiating patterns and combines a soft pink leather base with suede overlays in burnt orange and scarlet.
The latter has a yellow half-sun design embroidered in contrasty yellow around the heel. Both the right shoe’s tongue tag and the left shoe’s sock liner have the date “12.21.12,” a reference to the official beginning of the titular winter solstice in the year 2021. Furthermore, the midsole of this low-top sneaker has a hint of pink, while a bright red rubber outsole provides traction and durability.
