New Zealand pop starlet BENEE unveils the music video for her newest single “Beach Boy.” Directed by frequent collaborator Rory Pippan, the visuals arrive ahead of her forthcoming EP LYCHEE, out on March 4th.

“Beach Boy” arrives months removed from last year’s “Doesn’t Matter,” which has gathered over 5.5 million Spotify streams and 400K YouTube views on the visual. The three-minute cut sees the singer-songwriter at her peak with her vampire boyfriend on the widescreen. Produced by Greg Kurstin, the song is poised to be another bop within BENEE’s catalog.

“I’d just shot a dreamy beachy vid for ‘Doesn’t Matter’ so I wanted a complete juxtaposition,” she shared on the visual. “Rory directed my ‘Supalonely’ video and I was super keen to work with him again… albeit remotely—we shot in New Zealand, he directed from Australia. I’m really happy with how it turned out. Hope you luv.”

BENEE’s EP is slated to drop on March 4th while the North American leg of headlining tour kicks off on May 31st. In the meantime, watch “Beach Boy” below.
