Today, British singer and songwriter Bellah unveils an outstanding fresh new tune titled “In The Moment,” along with a corresponding music video.
The new track was produced by Sensei Bueno, who has been nominated for a Grammy, and multidisciplinary Ari PenSmith. It follows the release of “Prototype,” which was Bellah’s first release of the year back in May. The record is yet another example of the singer’s mesmerizing voice and genuine lyricism, and it focuses this time on the difficulties of previous romantic relationships.
“When I realized the danger, I let it go. But now we’re getting reacquainted, it’s getting complicated,” she sings on the cut. It is the combination of these completely honest lyrics and her sensuous tone that, when brought together, produce a tune that, at its core, feels like discussions with your best friend.
The video, which was directed by Ray-Fiasco, offers an additional glimpse into the new universe that Bellah is fashioning for herself. A setting in which she is completely enveloped by the subsequent stage of her development from a child to an adult. The scene begins with a sight of Bellah in her most perfect form, displaying beauty and grace that immediately captures the attention of her male counterpart. The video is R&B at its heart, resembling iconic visuals from some of the genre’s greats thanks to its combination of clean-cut images and snappy dancing.
