The music video for Alexa Capelli‘s latest single, “Could’ve Just Left Me Alone,” is finally out now.
Alexa’s sorrow anthem, “Could’ve Just Left Me Alone,” was originally released in May 2022 and has been streamed over 9.8 million times since its release. Additionally, the song serves as the first offering of new music to be distributed by the artist’s newly adopted record company, Arista Records.
In the music video, which was directed by Lisa Eaton and produced by Isabelle Jones, a poisonous relationship is shown. When it comes to relationships that no longer serve you, the song, as well as the accompanying video, provide a strong and inspiring message. Speaking on the song, she shares, “‘Could’ve Just Left Me Alone’ is a song about realizing how much energy was spent on the ways you were treated in a relationship, friendship, or anything like it, when that person really could’ve just not.”
