The Air Jordan 7 celebrates its 30th anniversary this year, originally released for the first time in 1992—it’s worth mentioning that MJ won his second consecutive NBA Championship in the sneaker. With that being said, the upcoming “Afrobeats” colorway pays homage to the genre of the same name.

The sneaker boasts a color scheme of “Vachetta Tan/Black/Taxi/Dark Concord” with tan dominating the majority of the shoe. In the insoles and tongue, black and white complement one another while the former hue can be seen across the midsole, outsole, and shoe laces. The “Dark Concord,” “Taxi” yellow, and red colors offer the outsole a bit of contrast.

Set to release in October, the Air Jordan 7 SE “Afrobeats” will be available to purchase for $210 USD via Nike. See official images of the shoe below.
