For the colder months, Jordan Brand will release a Gore-Tex-equipped version of the Air Jordan 5. This release follows in the same vein as the recently revealed Air Jordan 3 Winterized and a slew of other winter-ready models.
The uppers are constructed from water-resistant suede and have a red-on-black shark teeth pattern at the forefoot, while the midsole, tongue netting, and outsole are made from a yellowed transparent material. The red Jumpman has returned to the distinctive shiny tongue. The Gore-Tex logo was embroidered on the insoles and on the heel to complete the look.
The “Off Noir” Air Jordan 5 Gore-Tex is set to drop in December 2022 at a retail price of $220 USD through select retailers and Nike. Check out the official images of the shoe below.
