Today, Atlanta-based rapper 3xBravo joins forces with fellow Atlanta rapper Slimelife Shawty to release a new song and visual, “Channel 2.” In the song, the rappers air out their frustrations with the harmful effects of street culture and lament the gun-toting, violence, and criminal justice system that continues to make victims out of people in their community.
Armed with a soulful, guitar-driven instrumental, he issues a direct response to those who flash guns on social media without understanding the real-life consequences of their actions. Slimelife Shawty’s verse is a perfect compliment to Bravo’s melodic delivery that questions the motivations behind neighborhood rivalries. Watch the video below.
